Il Divo live at O2 World Berlin

The multinational tenor quartet Il Divo is to play at O2 World Berlin on 27 March 2012 and will be presenting their newest studio album "Wicked Game”, which is due to be released in November 2011.

"Divine performer” or "male diva” are possible translations for their name Il Divo and indicate the passion the four singers have for their music. Il Divo stand for the reinterpretation of the finest songs of modern pop music and turning them into breathtaking pieces of classical music. Carlos Marin from Spain, David Miller from the USA, Urs Buhler from Switzerland and Sebastien Izambard from France have not only successfully created their own versions of Frank Sinatra’s "My Way” or Toni Braxton’s "Unbreak My Heart”, but also had the honour to provide the official song for the football World Cup in Germany in 2006 together with Braxton.

More than 25 million sold records and a recent performance at "America’s Got Talent” illustrate that Il Divo are a fascinating ensemble to both fans of pop and classical music.
