When Rod Stewart comes to O2 World on July 4th, 2010 another world famous musician will perform live on stage at the Berlin arena. The 65-year-old celebrated his first number one hit single already in 1971 with “Maggie May”. Until today Rod Stewart sold more than 130 million records and achieved 78 top ten positions in the American music charts. He is considered as one of the most successful artists worldwide.
For more than 40 years Stewart works in the music industry. In 1994 he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The very same year he performed in front of 3.5 million people on Copacabana beach in Rio de Janeiro – the largest audience a musician ever performed in front of.
“Sailing”, “Have I Told You Lately” and “All For Love” are only a few of Rod Stewart’s greatest hits, which he will perfom live on stage at O2 World.
