Santana is one of the most successful bands in the world. The band around lead guitarist Carlos Santana has been delighting its fans with a fusion of Blues, Folk, Hard Rock, Latin American and Afro-Cuban sounds already for 40 years.

As a child Carlos Santana, who was born in Mexico, received his music inspiration from Blues and Jazz artists such as John Lee Hooker, T. Bone Walker and B.B. King. Later on he named famous rock bands like Fleetwood Mac, Grateful Dead and the Zombies as his idols.

Until today Santana published more than 20 records, among them also Supernatural, an album that received 15 platinum and 9 Grammy Awards. On October 16th, 2010 Santana will enchant its audience at O₂ World with Latin rock and African pop music.
