After his widely-celebrated 2010 arena tour, the grandmaster of German rock music, Marius Müller-Westernhagen is returning to O₂ World Berlin on 23 September 2012 to present his greatest hits live.

Almost 40 years after his debut album "Das Erste Mal” the Düsseldorf-born musician has a live presence that is as sweeping as ever, best proof being his latest live album "Hottentottenmusik”. With an astonishing record of 18 studio albums and three concert albums, Marius Müller-Westernhagen can be regarded one of the most productive and successful German artists.

Nevertheless, his path has not always been clear – influenced by his father, actor Hans Müller-Westernhagen, he initially had ambitions in the film industry only to be increasingly drawn to the stage as a musician. The more introverted he appeared as a person off stage, the more outgoing and captivating he seemed when performing music. The results have been numerous arena and stadium tours, including shows in front of up to 100,000 people.
