Is smoking permitted in the O2 World?

No. Inside the entire arena smoking is not allowed. However, there are terraces on every level where smoking is permitted.

Where can I buy merchandise?

There is a shop with merchandise on the left side of the main entrance. In stock are products of Eisbären Berlin, ALBA Berlin, Füchse Berlin.
Opening hours: Monday to Saturday from 10 AM until 6 PM and Sundays from 12 PM until 2 PM.

Is there a lost-property office?

Lost and Found objects are collected in the Arena Control Department that can be contacted under the following number: +49 (0)30-20 60 70 85 00.

Is there a cloakroom where I can leave my belongings?

Yes, there are several cloakrooms in the O2 World, where you can leave your belongings. The fee is 2 €.

What am I not allowed to bring into the arena?

- Weapons of all kinds
- Objects that can be used as weapons or missiles, aerosol cans, any caustic or amphophilic substances, pressure tanks for
easily flammable gasses or for gasses with adverse health effects, except customary lighters - Glass containers, bottles, cans, plastic canisters, hard packages or other objects made of glass or any other breakable, brittle or particularly hard material;
- Pyrotechnical material such as firecrackers, Bengal lights, smoke bombs, smoke powder, flares, sparklers etc.
- Fire-hazardous objects, rods, sticks (to the exception of those carried by the walking impaired showing documents identifying them as disabled), etc.;
- Mechanically or electrically operated noise devices (such as bullhorns, gas-operated portable alarm horns)
- Banners and other objects illustrating offensive wording or language (e.g. racist, xenophobic, right wing extremist, Nazi or political propaganda material)
- Unwieldy objects as in ladders, stools, (folding) chairs, boxes, cases, large bags, backpacks, baby buggies, laser pointers, wistles
- All flagpoles not made of wood and longer than one meter or with a diameter of more than 1.5 centimeters. The material of brought rather approved flags or banners have to be categorized as flame resistant
- Extensive banners (max. 1,0m2), two-poled banners, a larger quantity of paper, wall paper, a larger quantity of confetti
- Drugs in terms of Narcotics Law
- Food of any kind, exceptions are made for visitors with specific dietary needs due to medical conditions. Required is the presentation of a medical certificate or an appropriate ID. Nourishments for infants and young children are permitted as well
- Animals of any kind

What happens to the floor plan of Eisbären Berlin when a concert is scheduled?

During other events the ice is covered with paving tiles which are 7 centimeters thick. The tiles\' function is to prevent cold feet.
