Wheelchair Users
As a handicapped accessible arena, O2 World offers wheelchair users and people with impaired mobility an ideal infrastructure to enjoy the events to their fullest extent.
Parking
If you have a handicapped ID with the identification marker aG (exceptional impaired mobility), designated parking lots will be available for your accessibility. Fifteen parking spots for people with disabilities are located in the Premium Parking West section, as well as 75 spots in the General Parking East section. Please have handicapped ID ready on entering.
Entrance
Wheelchair users enter the arena via our media entrance for the shortest route to the seating area. The interior is accessible through the foyer.
Seating
130 superior seats have been allocated for wheelchair users and their companions on level 2, which are accessible by eight elevators.
Toilets
All levels contain toilet stalls designed for wheelchair use.
