On October 17th, 2009 King Arthur Abraham will face American Jermain "Bad Intentions" Taylor in the O₂ World to open the Super Six World Boxing Classic. The winner of the tournament will earn 36 million Euros and will be crowned as the new WBA and WBC Super Middleweight World Champion.

Abraham, who has Armenian roots and is residing in Berlin, won all of his 30 fights as a professional, 24 of them by Knock Out. Taylor, on the other hand, lost three of his fights so far and is considered as the underdog.

As a huge fan of the German Ice Hockey Champion Eisbären Berlin and of ALBA BERLIN Abraham has been a frequent guest in the O₂ World throughout its first year. During an interview with O₂ World TV last May he said: "It is my dream, to fight in the O₂ World one day in front of this amazing audience."
