The first season in their new home – the O₂ World – was more than successful for our anchor tenants, the Eisbären Berlin. On April 15th 2009 Don Jackson´s team was crowned German ice-hockey champion for the 4th time. This year´s new season starts in September.

The victorious old squad, made up of the most talented German young players and Eisbären-veterans such as Sven Felski and team captain Steve Walker, will be enforced by promising new players. The former darling of the fans, Derrick Walser, returns to Berlin accompanied by national squad player TJ Mulock, top-defender Marvin Degon and two-way center Chris Hahn.

The audience can expect another season filled with offensive and attractive ice-hockey at the highest stage. Witness the project “defending champions Eisbären Berlin” live at the O₂ World!
