Without doubt a-ha are the Norwegian kings of pop music. Current bands such as Coldplay admit to be influenced by their music. Since their formation in 1982 a-ha have made history.

Morten Harket, Pal Waaktaar-Savoy and Magne Furuholmen had their breakthrough in the summer of 1985 reaching the number 1 chart position with their song “Take On Me” in seven countries. Nowadays its music video is still considered as one of the best of all times. Two years later the band wrote the theme song for the new James Bond movie “The Living Daylights”.

On June 19th, the ninth studio album of a-ha is going to be released. Its songs as well as the band’s greatest hits will be performed by a-ha on October 28th in the O₂ World.
