Eisbären Berlin

Eisbären Berlin decided early for the O₂ World as their new home. From this season on, the three-time German ice hockey champion will play all of their home games in the O₂ World and present themselves to a huge crowd.

After winning the European Trophy, a preseason tournament, and the fifth German Championship last season the Eisbären Berlin are keen on defending both titles in the new season. In order to do so manager Peter John Lee signed four new players, among them last season's top scorer of the German League Darin Olver, Barry Tallackson, defender Nick Angell and Julian Talbot who left the AHL to join the Eisbären.
