Blue Tickets

O2 customers have the opportunity to purchase tickets for selected events up to 48 hours prior to the start of the official presale. Even for already sold out concerts, the last seats are reserved for O2 customers.

How it works: Buy Blue Tickets at www.o2world.de or check out one of 11 O2 shops in Berlin. Blue Tickets are also available at the newly designed O2 Shop at the arena.

Blue Lane
Want to get into the arena without long waiting lines? Just show your cell phone at the Blue Lane. If the O2 emblem shines on your display, you can take friends with you.

O2 Angels
The O2 Angels offer all visitors of the O2 World an extensive service. Whether you look for the shortest way to your seat or need information on the duration of a concert: the O2 Angels are on the spot to assist you. O2 customers are greeted already at the Blue Lane. If it rains, the o2 Angels await you with umbrellas; if the sun is shining, you have the chance to have a picture of you and a double of the performing artist taken on the blue carpet. All O2 customers, who enter the arena via the Blue Lane receive an “O2 Special Guest” wristband and a drink voucher for the Blue Room.

Blue Room
The Blue Room is a publicly accessible bar on the second level of the arena. Prior and after events visitors can enjoy such as the Blue Window as well as an oversized flat screen from which different content can be downloaded for free via Bluetooth – ringtones, wallpapers, games for the cell phone and recordings of recent concerts.

Blue Seats
On many events O2 clients can apply for an upgrade of their seat via text message. How you apply will be shown on the video screen inside of the arena or other media. Our O2 Angels notify the winners by phone and accompany them and their companionship to their new and better seats.

Blue Services
Additionally, O2 offers their clients further services in and outside of O2 World: For instance, inside of the Blue Room at the “O2 Saftbar” all cell phones can be charged; after the concerts the O2 velotaxi brings O2 clients to the next subway and suburban railway station.
